“We signed up to a lifetime Plotfinder membership and Homebuilding & Renovating subscription package a few months ago and we value both. The magazine is really informative and we took advantage of the free entry to the NEC show to attend for two days where we sat in on the presentations by H & R experts.

We spotted a plot that we really liked the look of on Plotfinder but when we picked up the phone to speak to the Agents an offer had just been accepted. The plot had been on Plotfinder for about four days at that time.

We kept a closer eye on Plotfinder listings and about a month later the same plot was re-listed. This time we acted fast booking a viewing through the Agents and making sure they knew we were cash buyers. We lived 70 miles from the plot so we would not have heard of the plot quickly enough without a service like Plotfinder.

The plot is now ours so thank you Plotfinder- and this is where the advice and information from H & R will start to count.
